As parent coaches we teach strategies to release your trauma and shame from your own childhood, to understand better 

modalities for peace in your parenting, rather than punishments, consequences, manipulation and bribes. 

We aim to empower parents, strenghten their relationship with their children and create a positive nurturing family environment.

 

My name is Lucia, I am a parenting coach and I graduated in July 2023 at Jai Institute for Parenting. I love children and I have a wonderful son. Immediately after he was born I knew: I want to raise him differently. I came across parenting with understanding and I soon knew that that is what I want to do. Going through the 12 week program changed my whole life. I was happier, my mindset shifted, my son felt more seen and his tantrums decreased. I was able to show up for myself and my son, I worked on my past and on my triggers. The work was worth it all! And now I want to bless other parents with the same gift! I want to help and support them to break the cycle of generational trauma and help them enjoy parenthood.

I offer a 12 week program for 499$ 

In those 12 weeks we will have a weekly one hour call via GoogleMeet and you will have a workbook with homeowork and content to read. In our time together, you will experience a personal transformation that will deepen your connection with your child/ren.

 

Also 1-hour coaching sessions for 45$ 

In our sessions we will define your intentions, goals and we will discuss a plan for your family to help you reach your objectives.  

 

All sessions are one-on-one and provide an intimate space to discuss your parenting struggles and work through solutions together. 

The main workbook is in English, we can have our sessions either in English, German or Romanian!
